Integritetspolicy Luleå Lokaltrafik AB
Denna integritetspolicy beskriver Luleå Lokaltrafik AB:s (hädanefter LLT) behandling av personuppgifter och gäller när resenärer/kunder använder LLT:s tjänster eller på annat sätt är i kontakt med oss.
Ansvar för personuppgifterna
LLT med organisationsnummer 556042–6057, är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av personuppgifter som lämnats av dig. LLT ansvarar för att sådan behandling sker på ett lagligt sätt.
Så här samlar Luleå Lokaltrafik in personuppgifter
LLT samlar in personuppgifter som du lämnat till oss när du reser med kollektivtrafiken och i övrigt använder dig av våra tjänster. Det kan exempelvis ske när du åker med bussen, när du laddar och använder busskort, registrerar ditt busskort på LLTs webbplats, kontaktar kundservice eller deltar i tävlingar och kampanjer.
LLT kan även få personuppgifter från andra källor än via dig. Uppgifterna kan komma från Landstinget och kommunerna i Norrbotten eller andra offentliga källor i syfte att användas för t.ex. kreditupplysningar och adressuppdateringar.
Dessa uppgifter behandlas
LLT behandlar de personuppgifter som lämnas till oss. Det kan vara namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer, postadress, födelsedatum, köp- och resehistorik, betalningsinformation, och/eller annan information som du lämnat till oss eller som är nödvändig för att vi ska kunna fullgöra våra åtaganden gentemot dig.
LLT samlar in och sparar under kortare tid rörliga bilder från våra trygghetskameror som finns placerade på våra fordon.
Därför behandlar Luleå Lokaltrafik personuppgifter
Personuppgifterna kan användas för bland annat följande ändamål:
Rekrytering
Om du skickar in handlingar till LLT för att söka en tjänst så godkänner du att LLT behandlar dina personuppgifter enligt gällande lagstiftning. Uppgifterna kommer att hanteras av rekryterande chef samt LLTs HR-avdelning. Du kan alltid dra tillbaka din ansökan och därmed tas dina personuppgifter bort. Personuppgifterna sparas upp till 24 månader (2 år) efter ansökan.
Luleå Lokaltrafiks rätt att behandla personuppgifter
LLT har rätt att behandla de personuppgifter som krävs för fullgörandet av åtagande mot dig eller om du har lämnat ditt samtycke till behandlingen. LLT kan även behöva behandla personuppgifter på grund av krav i lag eller förordning.
I vissa fall kan LLT behöva ditt samtycke för att behandla personuppgifterna. När du lämnar ditt samtycke kommer du alltid att få en klar och tydlig information om vad du samtycker till.
Behandling av särskilda kategorier av personuppgifter
LLT behandlar ej personuppgifter som avslöjar ras eller etniskt ursprung, politiska åsikter, religiös eller filosofisk övertygelse eller medlemskap i fackförening och behandling av genetiska uppgifter, biometriska uppgifter som entydigt identifierar en fysisk person, uppgifter om hälsa eller uppgifter om en fysisk persons sexualliv eller sexuella läggning.
När du kommunicerar med oss ber vid dig utelämna information som kan utgöra särskilda kategorier av personuppgifter enligt ovan. Exempelvis när du söker ett utannonserat jobb vid LLT och därför bifogar CV. Vid undantag som vid kommunikation rörande färdtjänst eller dylikt kräver vi samtycke.
Dessa har tillgång till personuppgifterna
Personuppgifter används av LLT och våra personuppgiftsbiträden. LLT lämnar inte ut personuppgifter till andra bolag om vi inte behöver göra detta på grund av lag, förordning eller myndighetsbeslut eller för att skydda våra rättigheter eller tredje parts rättigheter.
LLT vidarebefordrar, säljer eller byter aldrig dina personuppgifter för marknadsföringsändamål till tredje part utanför LLT. Uppgifter vidarebefordras till tredje part (t.ex. trafikföretag) bara om detta krävs för tillhandahållandet av kollektivtrafiktjänster, försäljning av LLTs biljetter och övriga tjänster.
LLT lyder under offentlighetsprincipen. Detta innebär att vissa handlingar går under allmänna handlingar som LLT ska lämna ut på begäran. Före utlämnandet genomförs en sekretessprövning enligt offentlighets- och sekretesslagen.
Så skyddas uppgifterna
LLT värnar om din integritet. Vi arbetar därför ständigt med att vidta alla lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska åtgärder som i varje enskilt fall krävs för att skydda dina personuppgifter och i övrigt säkerställa att behandlingen sker enligt gällande lag.
Överföring till tredje land
LLT överför idag inte personuppgifter till länder utanför EU/EES. Om så skulle bli gällande kommer personuppgifter bara att överföras till länder utanför EU/EES om berört land har en s.k. adekvat skyddsnivå enligt EU eller EU-kommissionen.
Hur länge sparas personuppgifter?
LLT sparar personuppgifter så länge det krävs för våra åtaganden och enligt tillämplig lagstiftning gällande bevarande av dokument, och raderas eller anonymiseras därefter. LLT gallrar uppgifter löpande i verksamheten.
Registrerades rättigheter
Rätt till tillgång
Du har rätt att när som helst begära information om vilka personuppgifter LLT har sparat om dig (registerutdrag). Begäran ska vara skriftlig och egenhändigt undertecknad, antingen via BankID alternativt innehålla uppgift om namn och personnummer i de fall du väljer att använda dig av den fysiska blanketten. Detta behöver vi för att säkerställa att vi lämnar ut uppgifterna till rätt person. Vid utlämnade av registerutdrag krävs uppvisande av giltig ID-handling i de fall du har använt dig av en fysisk blankett. Registerutdraget kommer att lämnas ut senast inom trettio (30) dagar.
Rätt till rättelse
Du som registrerad har rätt att få felaktiga personuppgifter som berör dig rättade av LLT, utan onödigt dröjsmål. Med beaktande av ändamålet med behandlingen har du som registrerad rätt att komplettera ofullständiga personuppgifter.
Rätt till radering (rätten att bli glömd)

LLT är skyldig att utan onödigt dröjsmål radera personuppgifter om något av följande gäller:
Du kan inte begära att få bli bortglömd om LLT måste behålla personuppgifterna för att uppfylla en rättslig förpliktelse. Skulle begäran om radering bli aktuell, måste en dialog ske mellan LLT som personuppgifts-ansvarig och dig som begär radering av personuppgifter.
Rätt till begränsning
Du har även rätt att begära begränsningar av behandlingen av dina personuppgifter om du anser att de uppgifter som behandlas om dig är inkorrekta, att LLTs behandling är olaglig eller om dina personuppgifter inte längre behövs för ändamålen för personuppgiftsbehandlingen. Du har rätt att kräva att behandlingen begränsas om något av följande alternativ är tillämpligt:
Om behandlingen har begränsats i enlighet med punkterna ovan får sådana personuppgifter, med undantag för lagring, endast behandlas med ditt samtycke eller för att fastställa, göra gällande eller försvara rättsliga anspråk eller för att skydda någon annan fysisk eller juridisk persons rättigheter eller för skäl som rör ett viktigt allmänintresse för unionen eller för en medlemsstat.
Om du som registrerad har fått personuppgiftsbehandlingen begränsad i enlighet med punkterna ovan, ska du som registrerad alltid underrättas av LLT innan begränsningen av behandlingen upphör.
Rätt till dataportabilitet
Under vissa förutsättningar, har du rätt att få dina personuppgifter utlämnade av LLT i ett strukturerat, allmänt använt och maskinläsbart format så de kan överföras till en annan personuppgiftsansvarig, så kallad dataportablitet.
Rätt till invändning
Du har när som helst rätt att göra invändning på en eller flera personuppgiftsbehandlingar om du anser att LLT inte behandlar personuppgifterna på ett korrekt sätt.
Rätt till återkallande av samtycke
Du har rätt att återkalla ditt samtycke till behandling av personuppgifter och att förbjuda användningen av din personliga information för exempelvis direkt marknadsföring.
Begäran om att åberopa dina rättigheter
Begäran om att åberopa dina rättigheter ska ske via Luleå Kommuns e-tjänst.
Saknar du e-legitimation kan du begära ett registerutdrag genom att fylla i en blankett som sedan skrivs under och skickas in till Luleå kommun. Därefter skickas registerförfrågan vidare till LLT. Vid utlämnade av registerutdraget skall du uppvisa giltig ID-handling.
Du har rätt att i förekommande fall inge klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten som är tillsynsmyndighet för behandling av personuppgifter.

Our privacy policy describes LLTs processing of personal data and is valid whenever passengers/customers use our services or are in contact with us in other ways.

This privacy policy describes Luleå Lokaltrafik AB:s (hereafter referred to as LLT) handling of personal data and is valid whenever passengers/customers use our services or are in contact with us.
Liability for personal data
LLT with organisation number 556042–6057, is responsible for the processing of personal data which has been submitted by you. LLT is responsible for processing such information as governed by law.
How Luleå Lokaltrafik collects personal data
LLT will collect personal data which you have provided us with when you travel on public transport and in any other way that you use our services. This could for example be when you travel on the bus, when you top up and use your bus pass, register your bus pass on LLTs website, contact customer service, or participate in competitions and campaigns.
LLT can also gather personal data from sources other than directly from you. This data could come from the County Council and the municipalities in Norrbotten, and other public resources with a view to be used for credit checks and change of address updates.
How this data is processed
LLT will process the personal data which has been supplied to us. This could be your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, purchase and travel history, payment information, and/or other information that you have shared with us or which is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations to you.
LLT will gather and save for a limited time moving images from our security cameras which are present on our vehicles.
Why Luleå Lokaltrafik process personal information
The personal data can be used for the following among other purposes:
• To fulfil our commitments to you.
• To provide good service and functional, efficient and simple services.
• To administer and implement your ticket purchase.
• To process and administer personal bus passes.
• To process and administer your queries/views/complaints that are received through LLT Customer Service.
• To administer belongings left behind (lost property).
• To keep statistics for the purpose of developing LLTs services and therefore improve travel for as many people as possible.
• To conduct voluntary market research.
• For your participation in competitions and campaigns.
• To send SMS-notifications or in other ways inform you of possible changes or disruptions to public transport.
• To send marketing offers for LLTs services.
• To inform winners in organised competitions.
• To conduct a credit check for purchases on credit.
• To conduct analyses in order for us to provide you with relevant marketing offers and information.
• To confirm that you are of the minimum legal age for online purchases.
• To send you questionnaires which will give you the opportunity to influence our offers and services.
• To prevent abuse or misuse of our services.
• To prevent, avert, and detect criminal activity and to monitor public disturbance of peace and safety. Furthermore, to avert and prevent accidents and to limit the effects of such disruptions or accidents occurred on public transport.
Recruitment
If you send documents to LLT for the purpose of applying for a specific job role or as a prospective application you authorise for LLT to process your personal data in accordance with the current law. The information will be processed by the recruiting manager as well as the HR department of LLT. You may at any point withdraw your application and your personal data will then be removed. Personal data will be kept for a maximum of 24 month (2 years) after applying.
Luleå Lokaltrafik’s right to process personal data
LLT has the right to process the personal data required for the fulfilment of obligations to you if you have approved the processing. LLT may also need to process personal data for legal or constitutional reasons.
In some cases, LLT may require your consent for personal data processing. When you give your consent, you will always receive clear and concise information about what it is you are approving.
Processing special categories of personal data
LLT do not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation shall be prohibited.
When you communicate with us, for example when you apply with your CV for a vacancy that LLT has advertised, we request that you to leave out any information that could include any of the special categories outlined above. There are some exceptions: for communication regarding ‘färdtjänst’ mobility service or similar, we will require your consent.
Who has access to personal information?
Personal data is used by LLT and our personal data administrators. LLT will not share information with other companies unless we are required to do so for legal or constitutional reasons, official decisions, or to protect the rights of ourselves or a third party.
LLT will never pass on, sell, or trade your personal data for marketing purposes to a third party outside of LLT. Data will be shared with a third party (i.e traffic companies) only if this is required for the provision of public transport services, sale of LLT tickets, or other services.
LLT adheres to the freedom of information legislation. This means that certain documents will be deemed official documents which LLT must provide when requested. Prior to the provision, a confidentiality review will be conducted in accordance with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
How is your information kept safe?
LLT value your integrity. Therefore, we have implemented and continuously improve appropriate technical and organisational security measures, which in each individual case is required to protect your personal data and in other ways ensure that the processing is done in accordance with the current laws.
Transference to a third country
LLT do not currently transfer personal data to countries outside EU/EES. If this was to occur, personal data will only be transferred to countries outside EU/ESS if the country in question has an adequate level of protection in accordance with the EU or EU-commission.
For how long is personal data saved?
LLT saves personal data as long as is required for us to fulfil our obligations and in accordance with current laws and regulations in regards to document retention, and is deleted or anonymised after that. In their operations, LLT delete information on an ongoing basis.
The rights of the data subject:
Right of access
You have the right at any point to ask us for information and for copies on any of your personal data that LLT has saved (registerutdrag – extract of register). The request for the extract of register must be in writing and signed by yourself, either via Bank-ID or on a physical form which must include name, date of birth and personal identity number. We require this to ensure that we release the information to the correct person. When your extract of register is handed over, we require production of a valid ID if the physical form has been chosen. The extract of registry will be provided within thirty (30) days.
Right to rectification
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from LLT without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten)
LLT is liable to without undue delay erase personal data if any of the following applies:
• The data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based according to point (a) of Article 6(1), or point (a) of Article 9(2), and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
• The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2);
• The personal data have been unlawfully processed;
• The personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which LLT is subject;
• The personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).
You can not request the right to be forgotten if LLT has to retain the personal data in order to fulfil a legal requirement. Should a demand for erasure be actualised, there must be a dialogue between LLT as a responsible personal data keeper and yourself as a data subject requesting the deletion of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You also have the right to demand restriction of processing of personal data if it is your opinion that the information that is processed about you is incorrect, that LLTs treatment is unlawful, or that your personal data is no longer required for the purpose of the processing of personal data. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing of personal data where one of the following applies:
• The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling LLT to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
• The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
• LLT no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of LLT override those of the data subject.
Where processing has been restricted as per the above, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
A data subject who has obtained restriction of processing pursuant to the above shall be informed by LLT before the restriction of processing is lifted.
Right to data portability
In some circumstances, the data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to LLT, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller, so called data portability.
Right to object
At any point, you have the right to object to one or more processes of personal data, if it is your opinion that LLT are not treating the personal data in the correct way.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to revoke your consent to personal data processing and to prohibit the use of your personal information for (for example) direct marketing.
Request to invoke your rights
A request to invoke your rights must be submitted through the e-service of Luleå municipality: Luleå Kommuns e-tjänst.
If you don’t have an electronic ID, you can request an extract of registry by filling out a form that you then sign and send to Luleå municipality. After that the request will be sent on to LLT. Upon delivery of the extract of registry, you must produce a form of valid ID.
